有什么这方面的书籍比较好

我明年就要毕业了，想去外企工作，我的专业是计算机
“读”的能力感觉还可以
但是口语和听力还是比较差
想在这两个方面有所突破，
可是看些什么专门练习口语的书籍或者资料，听力的磁带比较好？
我在网上也搜了
但是很杂，如果看下去，不但会有误导，而且时间也耽误了。
大家看有什么好的建议
